I’m so excited to share Nia movement practice with you! After being a student for many years, in 2009 I received my White Belt teacher training and began teaching my own Nia class. I am now a Blue Belt level instructor and have been teaching consistently for nearly 10 years.

As a Life & Wellness Coach, I have supported countless clients in creating the crucial connection between feeling strong, healthy and comfortable in their bodies and empowered in their lives. I have found Nia to be an incredibly powerful tool in brining balance, strength, stability not only to the body… but to one’s overall wellbeing.
