More about Laura Geduldig, MCC & CPCC

Laura has over 20 years of experience in the world of health and fitness. Growing up, her favorite sports were running and swimming and she loved dance classes from a young age. In college, she led aerobics classes and continued a more serious study of dance. After moving to San Francisco , she discovered yoga and cycling and completed the California AIDS Ride, a 600-mile fundraising bike ride from SF to LA. She went on to become the Associate Director of the AIDS Ride where she created health and wellness programs that supported thousands of participants in reaching their fitness goals. Today, she is a serious student of yoga and is receiving her certification from the Helix Institute of Wellness Coaching.
